ECONO-MAX CONCENTRATED 800 SILICON PLUS. This product is NOT an INGRDIENT or an ADDITIVE. It is a liquid non-stick processing aid product formulated with food grade silicone oils & natural derived emulsifiers that comply with FDA guidelines for food contact. It’s classified by the NSF as (H3) Developed to meet the needs of the tortilla, wraps & chapatti manufactures eliminate product from sticking to their oven slat-belts (comales) without effecting the taste, color, aroma and quality of their products  

USER INSRTUCTIONS (5 + 1 = 6)

1. Clean the top ovens top and middle (slat belts/comales) surface area of any rust, lime or other residues using a soft car wash type cloth or a soft bristle brush to clean them without scratching them

 2. ECONO-MAX CONCENTRATED 800 SILICONE PLUS. 1/5-gallon pail makes 30 gallons of diluted silicone. Dilute 5 gallons of water to 1 of silicone. This ECONO-MAX is popular for most traditional corn tortilla ovens from Mexico or any American made 12 foot or less, 2 row tortilla ovens, dilute 5 gallons of water to 1 of silicone. Only tortilla ovens making 25,000 or more per hour, dilute 4 gallons of water to 1 of silicone = 25 gallons of diluted silicone. Find the dilution ratio that last the longest before needing to reapply

3. After diluting, shake vigorously before applying using a common plastic 32 oz. spray bottle, a hand pump sprayer or other atomized methods. For best results, apply the first coating over the ovens top and middle (slat belts/comales) entire surface area while ovens temperature is between 50ºF to 200ºF (10ºC to 98°C) additional applications can be applied at production temperature if needed. We recommend applying 2 to 3 times every 6 to 12 hours of tortilla production

No es un INGREDIENTE ni un ADITIVO, es un producto quimico que crea una capa fina en los comales que evita que las tortillas se peguen. Desarrollada especialmente para  eliminar totalmente el desperdicio de tortillas, pan-plano, chapati, etc, sin alterar el color, sabor, aroma y calidad de su producto. Los ingredientes utilizados en la preparación de este producto son de origen natural y grado alimenticio segun el FDA y clasificado por la NSF como (H3) Recomendamos mantener el producto en un sitio a temperatura ambiente

Aplicación de ANTIADHERENTE 

1. Diluir el silicon en agua en una proporción máxima de 5 partes de agua con 1 de silicon concentrado
2. Antes de aplicar el silicon se recomienda limpiar perfectamente los comales de la máquina de tortillas, el superior y el intermedio principalmente de residuos de cal, carbones, polvos, óxidos, etc. para mejores resultados
3. Una vez limpios, aplicar silicon en los comales tibios, la primera vez en forma abundante con atomizador, brocha o jerga limpia, para mayor eficiencia
4. Las posteriores aplicaciones del silicon podrán efectuarse con los comales tibios o calientes, indistintamente según necesidades del trabajo
5. La frecuencia de aplicaciones del silicon deberá ser mínimo una vez diaria al iniciar el trabajo, o más veces según las condiciones de la masa y las horas de trabajo de su maquina de tortillas
6. Para un mejor resultado y para aumentar el peso de las tortillas aplicar silicon en mayor proporción y las veces que sea necesario en los 2 primeros comales

 2. MAX CONCENTRATED 800 SILICONE PLUS. 1/5-gallon pail makes up to 65 gallons of diluted silicone. Dilution ratios vary from 6 up to12 gallons of water to 1 of silicone. On most traditional corn tortilla ovens from Mexico, use a dilution ratio of 12 gallons of water to 1 of silicone =13 gallons. On any American made 10 or 12 foot, 2, 4 or 6 row tortilla ovens, dilute 10 gallons of adjust dilution ratio to 8, 7 or 6 to 1 of silicone. For tortilla ovens making 25,000 or more per hour, dilute from (6 up to 10) start with 9 gallons of water to 1 of silicone = 10 X 5 gallons of silicone = 50 gallons of diluted silicone, adjust dilution ratio to 8, 7 or 6 to 1. Find the dilution ratio that last the longest before needing to reapply
