Casa Herrera 32 ” rebuilt double tortilla line, fully operational, in excellent condition and it’s in operation in our production facility, it’s regularly maintained by our technical service. The line is adapted to work on the EU voltages and frequencies. We’ve replaced top and bottom press plate and inserted new heaters at press # 2. We’ve replaced complete hydro block, pumps and cylinders on both presses. A completely new automatic control software of proofer has been developed and installed. The system for aligning rows of dough balls has been developed and installed on both presses with automatic control software. As part of the line there are also conveyers for pre-cooling which significantly reduces investment in the tortilla cooling system at later stages of production. New pneumatic lines and elements of pneumatics (cylinders, distribution lines) and complete wiring of electrical elements were made; New electric cabinets for both oven and new burners with flame control were made; We’ve new exhaust system based on 10 m roof height with air flow control
